SVHC Candidate List Now Includes 191 Substances

On June 27th, 2018 the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) expanded the candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) to 191 with ten new substances incorporated. Legal obligations have to be borne by the suppliers of imported or manufactured articles which contain any such substances in the list with a concentration exceeding 0.1% (w/w). Related parties through the supply chains, such as manufacturers, distributors, and consumers should be adequately informed as well.
