Candle Detection

Candles are a type of lighting tool, often used for worship and prayer, as well as for birthdays and weddings to create a romantic and joyful atmosphere. They vary in shape, size, color, fragrance, and other aspects depending on their intended use. They can also be divided into daily lighting candles (ordinary candles) and craft candles (e.g., special purpose candles, such as frozen candles, tea wax candles, etc.) according to their designated function.

Candles use paraffin/plant wax as the main raw material. In ancient times, they were mostly made from animal fats; these days, modern candles commonly use paraffin, plant wax, soy wax, beeswax, and other raw materials.

Like other products, candles should be tested to make sure they are fit for purpose.

Candle testing is a comprehensive evaluation process aimed at helping to ensure that the candle’s quality, safety, and performance meet the requirements of relevant standards.
