Appendix C to Annex II to Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC

Further to our newsletters 14/14/TCD & 15/14/TCD regarding amendments of TSD 2009/48/EC, this is to remind that the following chemical restrictions in Appendix C to Annex II to 2009/48/EC shall be applicable to toys intended for use by children under 3 years old or other toys which can be placed in the mouth if they are containing any of the restricted chemical substances.
