Latest Revision of US Toy Safety Standard ASTM F963-16

Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety ASTM F963-16, a revision to ASTM F963-11, was published on October 20, 2016 It is mandatory for all toys sold in or imported into the U.S. comply with ASTM F963. Under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), ASTM F963-16 shall become mandatory within 180 days of publication unless it is rejected by the US CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) within 90 days.
